Park Rules

1. SPEED LIMIT 5 MPH – STRICTLY ENFORCED for ALL guests, visitors and delivery persons. We care about the safety of everyone.
2. Well-Maintained RVs: RVs must be clean and in good condition. No tent camping. Sites are to be clean and neat at all times. Please ensure that all electric cords, sewer lines, water hoses and cables are kept on the gravel pad in a neat and orderly fashion. DO NOT leave any unattended items on the grass when not in use. Do not run any kind of generators in the park. Remember to respect your neighbor’s sites by not walking through them. NO CLUTTER. If in doubt, seek advice from the office.
3. Vehicles: ALL vehicles must fit on the site’s gravel pad. Parking on the grass, roadway or another site is prohibited. If additional parking is desired, make arrangements with the office.
4. CHILDREN under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
5. Payment is required at check in.
6. Quiet Time: 10PM-6AMNo public drunkenness or excessive noise.
7. Extended Stay Guests: Monthly guests’ payments are due on the Ist of the month. A $25 late fee is automatically applied to a guest’s invoice on the 4th day, and a fee of $5 per day thereafter. Guests who fail to make payments may be asked to leave the park.Electricity is billed at the rate of 15 cents/KWH.
8. Park Property: Hanging or attaching anything to a pedestal or any Park property is prohibited. If an electrical, water or sewage problem occurs at your site, please contact office. Absolutely no repairing of park’s equipment.
9. Sewers: An airtight sewer connection is required at all times. Leaks in a sewage system must be repaired or replaced immediately. If not, the park will assume this responsibility at a cost to the guest. There will be a minimum charge of $50 for raw sewage cleanup.
10. Trash Pick-Up: For trash pick-up, guests should place their bagged trash at the end of their site between 9am-4pm. The dumpsters are located by the fence along the front of the park in front of Bathhouse B.
11. Right of Refusal: West Houston RV Mgmt Group, LLC dba Houston West RV Park reserves the right to refuse service at any time and for any reason. Guests will be removed from the park in the event of inappropriate behavior or infraction of any of the rules set forth herein, posted within the park or for any reason deemed necessary by the owners or operators of Houston West RV Park.
12. Rates: Rates are subject to change at any time.
13. Theft of Services: Houston West RV Park provides service hookups for RVs. Pursuant to Section 31.04(b), Texas Penal Code, any guest who leaves without paying for site services rendered or who refuses to pay for site services when customarily due will be subject to criminal prosecution.
14.  Indemnification: Houston West RV Park shall not be responsible in any way for accidents, injuries, or loss from any cause. The guests and visitors hereby indemnifies and holds Houston West RV Park harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, costs, or expenses due to weather, civil strife, or acts of God, as well as from any and all actions or inactions of any person, including but not limited to Houston West RV Park employees, agents, customers, guests and visitors.

Pet Rules

1. Aggressive breeds are prohibited.
2. Pets are to be on a leash when not in the Dog Park and attended to at all times. City Law requires pets on leash.
   • Whenever any pet is found not leashed, the owner will be fined $5.00 for each offense.
   • Attaching a pet to anything other than a leash in hand is prohibited.
3. Owners are liable for their pets and must clean up after them.
   • Pet owners not picking up after their dogs will be fined $5.00 for each incident.
4. No pets in the restroom, laundry room, pool area, and front office.
5. No portable fences or kennels outside.
